In the 8 months we've lived in our house, we've had 4 plumbers over the course of 10 visits or so and had spent over $1,200 in plumbing fees for people to give us a temporary fix and move on their way. No one could diagnose the source of all the issues we were having. And the issue kept coming back. Home Advisor put us in touch with Chris Roeder and on their FIRST visit, they were able to diagnose the problem and immediately put us on their schedule to get it fixed. We are now up and running with no plumbing issues. Chris and his crew were very courteous, always showed up on time, and explained to us all of the issues they were finding and what needed to be done to fix it. They did an excellent job and we will definitely be using them in the future.

We needed our daughters leaking shower repaired. After the work was complete she went to take a shower only to discover they had switched cold and hot. I called them and they returned quickly to correct it. They wrote on our receipt that they guaranteed the work for 12 months but less than 2 months later when our daughter returned home for spring break it began to leak once again. We called, left a message, but never got a returned call. We have since left 2 messages still no returned call. Sure does not seem like they stand behind their work

I had to have a garbage disposal and faucet in the kitchen replaced. Chris was very helpful, and did what he needed to do to get the job done, and I felt good about the price. I had anticipated a much higher cost, and I really appreciate the honesty. I will use them again.
