They said they would have someone there between 8AM & 10AM, he was at my home at 8:10AM, very nice, professional.

I had already contacted one of the "highly recommended" companies that claimed next day service and waited all day for them to call back and tell me it would be five days before they could come. I put in my request on Angi around four in the afternoon and Chris called me within an hour. He set up an appointment for the next day and had the new unit installed within a few hours. It worked fine for a short time then quit. I called Chris back and he responded promptly. After contacting the company, we discovered that the problem was the gas lines my builder installed. The newer units need more than the lines can provide. Chris quickly figured out a work around and the new unit has performed without fail since. I can't recommend Roeder's plumbing high enough with the rating scale here. 5*+++
