Very prompt service, they were here at the specified time. Both were very professional and courteous, & didn't mind answering questions. They fixed 4 leaks with 2 faucet stems replaced. They didn't waste time & were done quickly. I'll definitely use Roeders again for any future work.

I received a call back within 10 minutes of viewing the HAdvisor site. Within 3 hours I was back up and running, great service, nice guy. Great value.

Two men came out very quickly to clean outside pipe blockage. They were done from arrival until left premise in 45 minuets. $199 + Tax seemed excessive. They snaked a wall clean out and did not have to access the roof pipe. They were both pleasant and professional. Only issue was the price for time spent.

Jerry-Pearl, MS Arrived as promised. Two very friendly men that were very knowledgeable and professional. Checked water heater for any problems and found it to be in good working order. Adjusted hot water in one bath room, both the tub and sink. Their charge was more than reasonable. They will be contacted in the future for any plumbing problems we may have! Recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing work done!

They did not have the right tools to fix the job and said if the problem happens again to call them... that will not happen.

I was told it would be a slab leak fix for at minimum 2200.00. I showed the plumber the toilet that had been needing a new fill valve and they checked the water meter, said it was running with the valve closed to the toilet and nothing was on in the house. Another plumber came out and it wasn't running, so not sure what happened but happy I had another pro to come out and look because it saved me a lot of money. 14.99 versus 2200.00.

Excellent, reliable, honest, and timely!

Excellent and prompt service. Reasonable pricing and quick response from the company. The only thing I would have preferred for them to do differently was to inform me about what was wrong with the water heater and let me know in advance what the cost would have been to fix it. The young man just came and repaired the water heater then he explained what he did to fix it and presented me with the bill. Luckily it wasn’t an expensive repair, and I was grateful he was able to fix it so quickly.
