+ -1 moreWhen I first called on a Wednesday I talked to Paul's wife and she stated they were scheduled out for the week but they could look at on Monday. She called back on Monday and stated that Paul got tied up on another job and could they come the next day. I told her that would be ok. He did come on Tuesday and had a written estimate faxed to me by Wednesday morning. I was very impressed with the fact that they followed up and were up front and professional about the time frame of the service call. Most people in this area are not that professional..
