+ -1 moreWe called her to help us find our first house. She asked our budget and within a week she had lined up 4 houses for us to see. She then found us several more houses to look at. She advised us in every way possible when we decided to make an offer. She then made sure we had several home inspectors with experience to choose from. She also helped us in recommending several reputable mortgage companies.
Description of Work: Kay helped us find and purchase our first home. She was very knowledgable about the real estate market. She had plenty of houses for us to look at and a lot of information on each of them, so we could decide which we wanted to be shown. She was very patient and understanding as we looked at a lot of houses before ultimately deciding. She made sure we understood every step and what we needed to do and when. She was quick to offer advice when we asked for it, but was not at all pushy. We could not have had a better real estate agent.
