Description of Work: Brooks Entrikin as the contractor was hired by me to repair the about 10 places where the metal roof was leaking in the barn. He brought over a man named Chris and had him examine the areas and then I was told the roof needed more screws. It only leaked in a few places but he said it was necessary to put in the screwsin about 3/4 of the whole roof. Mr. Entrikin guaranteed the roof would not leak for 1 year. After the first rain I called him because there was no improvement. So he sent Chris again and he did something else, but after next rain it still is leaking. He did agree to return but did not show. And again agreed to return but did not show. He did return and worked on roof again for a very short time. After the next rain there was no improvement and also I have many many more leaks than before. It was only leaking on one side of the barn and after his work it leaks all over the barn. Mr. Entrikin would not return my calls. Then he finally called back and we talked about the leaks and I told him I just had $1,000 worth of hay deliverd to the barn and I needed the hay to stay dry. He suggested that I cover the hay with something. I paid him the day he did the initial work $750. I had to hire another roofing company and have paid $4,000 to repair the damage done.
