Description of Work: I had a shingle loose at the very top of my roof. I contacted Jerry who said he could be out Monday following the Friday on which I made the call. To my surprise, Jerry made the trip out on Saturday while my wife and I were out with our kids. He was worried that since it was supposed to rain, the job could not wait until Monday. I was so impressed. I will definitely be going to back to Jerry for my future roofing needs.

 + -1 moreMr. Applegaate arrived in the early morning as he said he would. When I returned home from work, any garbage resulting from his work had been hauled away. The outside was neat, and I wondered whether anyone had been there at all. He was that thorough. I have had no subsequent problelms.
Description of Work: Mr. Applegate advised me regarding the nature of the roof problems (improper flashing and damaged shingles on flat portion of roof)that had created a waterfall effect in a front closet of the foyer. He explained what he'd do to fix the problems and gave me an estimate for the work. He arrived when he said he would and completed the job. Despite torrential spring and early summer rains, my closet and foyer are bone dry. Mr. Applegate was professional, and his work was excellent. I would use him again in a heartbeat should I have additional roofing problems-God forbid.

 + -1 moreHe took care of the problem. He may have put down flashing, but I am not quite sure. I have to go back and check it. I was very pleased. There really were no dislikes. He was very fast. He told me exactly what I needed. He made some suggestions that he said were not in his field. He gave me a name and a phone number of somebody who could do the work that I needed to have done. I was satisfied with the price. It hasn't rained so I don't know if it works, but that was what I was waiting for. He said that he would come back and check with us later if it rained to see how things held up.
Description of Work: Jerry Applegate made a recommendation about my roof and also went in and cleaned up the valleys.
