Shelly was very professional and came prepared to deep clean my house with everything that she needed. I am disabled and able to deep clean my house myself. Shelly was a godsend and did a wonderful job cleaning my home. I donâ t know that I couldâ ve asked for anyone to do a better job than what Shelly did.

Hired to clean the house for a real estate sale, the house was empty and just need sprucing up and general cleaning. The carpets were left dirty even after her shampoo. Stains on the tile floor after mopping; a hair strand was left in the bathtub which had streaks of attempts at cleaning. Powdered cleanser left on the floor beside the toilet. She scrubbed one of by cabinet drawers so hard it removed the oak finish. My laminate floors were mopped to a dull finish. We have to redo the carpets ourselves, and re mop the floors, an added expense and added stress, especially when we paid her $450 for cleaning. I have to try to restrain the finish on my cabinet drawer. She did clean the great room ceiling to our satisfaction, but everything else was substandard. She also offered to redo the floors but never showed up after rescheduling.

5star goes above and beyond in her cleaning. My first was a deep cleaning and my house is old and has been years since I had a cleaning service so it was in much need. I didnâ t even know some of what she cleaned could be cleaned. 5 Star is the best I have ever had by far.
