When we started our project, we were told that it would likely take a while before we could get concrete work in our area. We contacted Mr Thames and two days later we had concrete on the ground-professionally installed. Fair pricing and great follow-up.

It went well. The contractor was on time for starting and finishing my driveway when they promised. The price was within my budget. Over all I’m a satisfied customer.

Contractor did excellent job and was very respectful and friendly.

He collected $2,000 via check and $500 in cash for a tree branch removal. He hired two guys who did not know what they were doing obviously. They kept trying to complete the job but were not supervised at all by Percy. Percy was never at the job site. Once I complain to Percy that the guys didn’t know what they were doing and that they didn’t have the proper tools to do this concrete job. Percy got defensive and told me that he couldn’t finish the job because he was sick anyways and had cancer. He should’ve told us that he was sick from the beginning I would’ve never hired him. He took $3000 for me and never finished the job and left me with a big mess and I had to hire somebody else to finish the job and ended up costing me more money.

Percy Thames is professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. His crew tore out my old ruined driveway, leveled and sloped the ground, firmed and poured a new concrete driveway and finished it smooth. They disposed of the debris and left the worksite neat. I would not hesitate to hire Thames Concrete Finishing Service again, and I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Very pleased with the work that was done. From beginning to finished the job took about 8 days. Weather was a factor during this time. We wanted a specific slant to the driveway to aid in water run off and the whole job was done to our specification.

All went as planned

Mr. Thames came to pour a new driveway at my house he arrived on time everyday. The only problem was the concrete it had been mixed wrong at the concrete factory and would not set hard Mr. Thames fixed the problem by removing the concrete form the driveway and repouring it at no charge to me I was surprised because my experience with contractors is that if there is a problem I usually have to pay extra or they just leave and I have had to get someone else to finish the job great job Mr. Thames I will use you again
