Description of Work: The lakes at turtle creek apartments are operated by Southgate Realty. They advertise lakes and there are no lakes. It is a huge drainage ditch for the mall and shopping centers. The water in it is stagnant and is infested with mosquitos. The west nile virus has been found in Hattiesburg, and several people have become ill from it. The apartments are overpriced and the office staff are very nit picky and rude. This place could be very nice if the people at the office were professional and they could do something about the so called lakes. It is sad that the people can't even sit on their patio because of being afraid of getting the west nile virus. If you ever have any real problem. Call Mr. Cham Carothers at the main office Southgate Realty. 601-264-4622 and he will help you.
