+ -1 moreThey call to let me know they had an early open to see if I would like to change the time. When I told them I whether keep the same time they said that was fine and when they were on there way they call to let me know. They were on time and it didn't take long for them to do the job, they were patient and answer any question I ask. Before they left they made sure that I was satisfies with there work and I was, I could tell the carpet had been clean. Me personal I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the Service a job well done!!!!!!!!!

+ -1 moreIt was a totally professional experience and I received more than I had expected for a fair price.
Description of Work: Service Master made me an appointment to do my work very quickly since I had mentioned I wanted to get it done before the weekend with company coming. Not only did they arrive on time, they arrived about 15 minutes early. They were totally professional, went right to work, did not waste any time, took the extra time to go over stubborn spots in the carpet, and cleaned everything much better than I would have ever anticipated. They made sure that furniture that would be in close contact with the damp carpet was put on disposable risers and even raked the entire carpet to help the nap to show better since our carpet is getting a little older. When they finished they took the time to clean up after themselves, asked me if I was totally pleased and offered to redo anything that I felt had not been done to my satisfaction, received their payment and were gone. I will definitely use them again for any household cleaning that we need done.
