Description of Work: Service-All contracts with my home warranty company (First American). I have a 1960's ranch and many things are wearing out in my home. Therefore, Service-All has replaced 2 hot water heaters for me, unstopped sewer lines, serviced my old then replaced with a new air conditioner condenser, replaced a light fixture, worked on a washing machine, & replaced a toilet (I'm sure I am forgetting something). I have always been completely satisfied with their work. They are prompt and friendly. I can't comment on what their prices are because I am always charged $60 for the service call due to my warranty.

+ 0 moreThey did a lot of work for us and we love them. They follow through, their work is good. They've done the dishwasher, garbage disposal, hot water heater, oven, air conditioner and heater. They've done good work on all of it. They did the work with home warranty the last time. I've been using them for 2 years and 2 months.

+ -1 moreThe provider was prompt and completed all of the repairs successfully. They were very nice and thorough with their repairs. They called back to make sure everything was still working properly. I would definitely use them again.
