The experience was great! He was professional and punctual. I had my carpet cleaned in my apartment because even though the complex cleaned it several times the smell of animal was still in my room. The smell is still there but not as bad after this cleaning. I was provided a kind of febreeze to spray my carpet as needed.

I had my tile floors and my living room carpets cleaned and oh my goodness they look fantastic! They did a great job getting the grout lines all cleaned up and the best part was there was NO SMELL of any chemicals lingering. Very prompt and quick to respond/get my cleaning completed. I even had them come out ahead of time and kinda talk me thru it/price it out for me which was nice to know ahead of time. Would recommend to anyone!
