OVERHEAD DOOR CO-HATTIESBURG

I'm happy with Overhead Doors of Hattiesburg and have had dealings off and on with them for several years. This time I had a door that wouldn't open and I called for repair. When the technician came he worked quickly, showed me what part was damaged and made the repair. He was professional and courteous. My only negative comment is I had to call them three times before I actually had someone tell me they would come. I think their number goes to an answering service. The first time I called I was told I would get a call that next morning. I didn't. I called around noon that day and was told I would get a call in an hour. I didn't. I called the third time and the answering service put me on hold, talked to someone, then came back and told me when the tech would be out. Everything else was smooth. I will certainly continue to use them because the service is very good but they need to improve their call system.
