The only reason the customer service isn't 5 stars is because it took almost 2 weeks for an appointment. However everyone I dealt with was phenomenal. The gentleman who came to my house was helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and worked quickly. Also appointment was kept on time.

Buddy was extremely professional and friendly. Even though my roof vent fan was near the very top of a tall high pitched roof, he got the job done and I am extremely pleased with the work. I will hire him again for all my future electrical needs.

Mr Electric was very personal and professional, had several electrical projects , he completed them all, He also took time to explain each project to me in terms I understood he did such a great job I have rescheduled another appointment with him and will recommend him to family and friends

Cost half what I expected. Flat rate, no hourly charges. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to educate the customer every step of the way. Work was done in a timely manner.

These men were complete gentlemen with a high knowledge of their profession. Price was inline with their work and estimates were provided before the work was done. They did a complete check of my electrical system (which they did not charge for) and basically did more than I had asked for. Highly recommend this company!
