They got started right away, done a lot of work in a short amount of time. Things began getting unprofessional at over the 3/4 point. the jobsite supervisor, Billy Ray Anderson fired what I thought were 2 pretty good workers and kept his brother that didn't have drivers liscense and had to be shuttled to and from work. Support beams were under engineered and had to be beefed up after much delay, cost and work. Lathing for metal roof was installed improperly, not staggered, and when the metal roof was put on it leaked untill they were fired. That's when I found out from the professional roofer that fixed the mess they used the cheapest roofing and the cheapest fasteners. The concrete was poorly leveled and finished. It should have been stained, finished then properly covered and protected prior to spraying insulation. Instead it was poorly covered, the insulation was sprayed and it got on the concrete and as a result the concrete stain was very splotchy on top of a rough finish. The concrete finisher's name is Billy Ray Fairly. the brick work they did was satisfactory if they would have come back and finished the job. After a block retaining wall was poorly laid they did stucco that for free. Borrowed my tools and some came up missing, to their credit they did replace a corded drill. I'm still out a step ladder. The electrical work was pretty good. The HVAC work was improperly done, the addition is not the same temperature as the rest of the house.
