 + 1 moreExcellent. Congenial, went right to work. No problems at all. This work was done at my daughters' home. I will certainly use him again should the need arise.
Description of Work: Installed rails on both sides of two sets of steps leading off the deck. replaced 5 light fixtures, replace kitchen faucet, and repaired the front door jam. He did everything but the kitchen faucet in one day. He had to come back with an impact tool to get the old faucet loose.

 + -1 moreDaryl came over to give an estimate for a job. When he got here, he commented on our large home, our pure bred dog, and then gave me an outrageously high estimate for a very small job. When I questioned it, he immediately dropped the price $100, but it was still highly overpriced. Prices should not be based on what the customer owns, or whether they are male or female, but only on the job at hand. This needs to stop!

 + 2 moreDaryl showed up when he said he'd be here, did what he said he'd do, worked quickly and efficiently, communicated clearly, did a good job, and gave us a very fair price. We'll definitely be calling him again for remodeling and repairs.
Description of Work: Removed box lights and installed can lights in living room, repaired a step, installed wainscoting/chair rail/base boards in living room and hallway, and replaced a busted thresh-hold between two types of flooring, and put trim down where tile and concrete flooring meets.
