Step 1: Pre-Inspection Technicians will make note of all challenging areas and set your expectations, as well as come up with a solution for each area. Step 2: Commercial Pre-Vacuum Dry soil is removed through commercial power vacuuming. Removing dry soil is one of them oct vitally crucial steps in any cleaning process. Step 3: Furniture Moving Our regular pricing includes moving sofas, chairs, tables and smaller items. Beds, dressers, and heavier pieces cost extra to move. One of our consultants can quote the exact cost to move any heavier pieces. Step 4: Pre Treat A preconditioner agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning. Step 5: Pre-Spot Difficult spots are pretreated with special solutions to increase chances of removal. Step 6: Pre-Grooming/Agitation A professional carpet groomer or rotary brush is used to further loosen the soil. Step 7: Soil Extraction and Rinse The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed using a powerful extraction cleaning system without over wetting the parapet or leaving a sticky residue behind. Step 8: Neutralizer Every carpet we clean is PH balanced afterwards so that there is no sticky residue left behind. This also leaves your carpet soft and fresh. Step 9: Speed Dry High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet after cleaning to promote faster drying. Step 10: Post Groom Your carpet is groomed with a professional groomer so that the pile of your carpet is standing tall wen we leave. Post grooming helps the carpet dry faster. Step 11: Post Spotting Any spots or stains remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotters. *For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, be sure to have professional carpet protector applied to your carpet. After 2.5 months I was told the backing came off and needed fixed. Crystal called it a green rug. I said it’s blue. Finally got it back. Some dampness. It is faded and does look green now. Looks worse then when I sent it. Never again.

I called them and he swung my house one day and gave me estimate. About 2 weeks later, I made the appointment and he camed on time. He brought a helper with him and it made the job go faster. The carpets are clean.

Bad Experience - call anyone else!
Description of Work: This company did not answer the phone - had to call them back. Should not have. Claim to be a certified firm - THEY ARE NOT. Don't take my word, look it up yourself IICRC. No Record found. They are nice enough but really did not do a good job. The carpert resoiled within a few weeks.

I had two other cleaners come and try to clean my ceramic tile floors and counter tops but it did not meet my expectations. I decided to have it cleaned one last time before regrouting the floors and countertops. The technicians explained what they were going to do with exceptional detail. It was amazing how much they knew about the stone, grout and chemicals. The best part is that they guaranteed their work. The first thing they did was to tape and protect all my cabinets and base boards so they would not get damage. They even taped and protected my living room hardwood floors ( they were not working in that area). When they got done my tile and grout looked brand new. I was ecstatic. They applied a sealer to all my grout lines when other cleaners did not. The best part they showed my how to keep all the floors and counter tops clean and provided me with a years supply of the cleaner I needed to use. I would have saved some serious money by having these guys come out in the first place.
