+ -1 moreGreat quality. Kept things clean. Easy to work with. Did things the way we wanted (even when we changed things). We were usually out of town while work was being done. Randy took pictures on his phone and sent them to us to keep us up to date!

Description of Work: Answered 1st time I called,even though he was working on a remodel at the time in biloxi. Made plans to meet and show him plans for house&lot where I want to build. Hope to meet @ my lot in Ocean Springs before thanksgiving to discuss details&price,but I am impressed with his knowledge of the area,and professional responce to my questions so far.

+ 0 moreWhat can I say....from start to finish a 150% professional job. When there were weather issues or other delays Randy always communicated them and let us know what was going on. Everything was exactly as we asked for at a Firm Fixed Price that was originally quoted. Randy's extra attention to detail made the job come out right. We added $120.00 per square foot of the addition in value for a fraction of the cost. Description of Work: Added 355 square feet on to my existing home. This included foundation, new roof, A/C, electrical, new walls, Sheetrock, and everything else needed including permits. This was heated and cooled space integrated into the existing home, not a sunroom or a patio.

+ 0 moreContacted Mr. Brownlee about a small project (building a closet in a room). He was suppose to come by on Monday two weeks in a row. He did not show nor call. He finally showed the third week and was suppose to get back to us with a quote. He have not heard from since.

Description of Work: Randy Brownlee bult a room addition onto an outside corner room of our house. He installed electrc outlets, a ceiling light, and rearranged the outside water and dryer vent to the new outside of the house. He left the floor cement, and the interior unpainted, as we wished to do this ourselves. He also ran a line to our fishing pier, enclosing it in tubing, and installed a fishing pier light to the pole that we had installed a year before. All the work was completed by the 19'th. The work and materials were exellent.

Description of Work: It's not very often I find a contractor this honest and punctual. He said he could start the following week and he did. He poured the slab and a few days later a patio was completed on the back of our home. The quality and craftsmanship was just what we expected. The contractors cleaned all their mess and would not leave until they knew we were satified the the complete project. It is wonderful to have such a large paio to have our space for relaxing and the grand babies space to play. They say it's beautiful, and it is. I would use this contractor for any building needs.
