Well, I let the photos do the talking. In addition, Teddy Bears Restoration and Carpet Cleaning FAILED to properly manipulate our content out of the construction area, Failed to set up a proper dust barrier, and damaged our personal property. This company is working as a "Preferred Provider" for many insurance companies in our area. Due to their longstanding relationship with the Insurance companies, you need a lot of tenacity to get the insurance company to rectify the workmanship failures. Even though it will be fixed eventually, it took a huge toll on our family. in 20/20 hindsight, we would have NEVER let Teddy Bears touch anything in our house.

The shingle color does not match the rest of the house and the finish is sloppy. The decking is now dipping again and the entire job has to be redone.

This was the worst experience and we hope nobody else's has to go through this. Contractor failed to pull the required (sufficient) permits. Failed to schedule final inspections. Inproperly installed chimney topper and flashing causing new water intrusion. Failed to properly install insulation behind fireplace wall. Combustible paper faced insulation is flying around in chimney void touching the flute and the furnace. The floor was installed on unleveled floor and the moisture barrier and glue used are non compatible. Contractor lied to customer stating that correct glue was used, but when confronted with the evidence admitted to using the wrong glue. The paint job is so bad that insurance company adjuster agreead to have everything sanded, primed and painted with two coats. During the construction, contractor caused over $20k in damages to our dwelling and personal property.

They had 11 machines drying and picked those up after 6 days. They blew the main breaker of the house because they had too much running at one time. It was 2 1/2wks before we could get someone to come out to replace missing carpet padding. When a guy finally showed up to measure for the carpet padding, he showed up late, sat in his car for 20 minutes and said he would be in after he ate his lunch, when we walked out to his car and asked if he was coming in. Since our carpet was only a year old, they only tore the wet padding up where the water had gotten and said they would clean and deodorize the carpet. They did such a HORRIBLE job that you could feel the holes where the padding didnt even but up together. We also couldnt even vacuum the carpet because they literally just laid it on top of the padding. When the guy came to shampoo the carpet he didnt deodorize, as promised. Instead he soaked the carpet so much that 10 hrs later it was STILL wet. We had to have all of our carpet replaced after they ruined it. They also broke a lamp, a vase, a cermaic decorative piece, and an expensive exercise piece, not to mention the numerous dents in the walls and scratches on the furniture when they were moving stuff when in the process of doing the water extraction. They also NEVER apoligized for any of that. When I say, NEVER, I mean, NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. I attached some photos of the carpet padding job they did. It also looked like the padding had been recycled from a previous job. One photo I included shows a dark area that looks as if the padding had been burnt!!!

Service tech did not call prior to arriving as promised. Did not call back with quote on rug cleaning as promised. Good quality cleaning Friendly service provider. Price higher than competition.

Went very well, good price and quality, replacement carpet installed by another contractor.

They were on time. I had some area of concern on my carpet that they have taken care of. I wasn't there when they did it, but I was very pleased when I came back.

Had a good experience all around. Scheduling an appt was easy, the sales person on the phone was very helpful and knowledgable. Price quoted on the phone was what was charged. Very reasonably priced. Did a great job. No complaints. Very prompt and quick and professional.

the service tech was 45 minutes later than scheduled, however he did call at the scheduled time to say he was running behind. He proceeded to shampoo the carpets, and treat the stains, however when the carpet dried, the stains were a dark tan (carpet is an ivory white). I had to treat the stains with resolve cleaner and rub them discoloration out. Eventually, they came out. Didn't expect to have to do additional cleaning to the carpet after paying for it to be done. The rooms were approx. 13'x12' and all the furniture was out of the rooms.

Price at delivery was higher than original quote. When reminded that came to them by way of Angie's List - agreed to original quote. Rug was cleaned very well.

We found a big and quot;uh-ohand quot; in my daughter's room- a can of paint had tipped over and slowly leaked overnight onto her carpet. There was NO getting out that much paint. The guys from Teddy Bears came out, asked if we had an extra swatch of carpet or a closet they could get one from. Fortunately, we had a large enough swatch (about 2'x3'!) for them to use. They cut out the damaged section then fit, inserted and fixed the spot! It's been almost 2 years and you still CANNOT tell where the repair was! The guys were quick and efficient. I also use Teddy Bears for my yearly carpet cleaning. Excellent results every time!

They are very good. Incredible deal, if you can roll up an area rug and take it to them, they will charge you close to nothing. They have done a very good job here. They have done several area rugs and they will even pick up and deliver for $20.00. I would say they are probably the best down here. They did my stairs and my bedroom upstairs and they took a couple rugs. When they came back to deliver them, the guys did not knwo the price for delivery was already included when he came to deliver them. My husband didn't know so he gave them a check when he came. I called them to correct it, he said he was sorry for the misunderstanding and siad they would not cash the check and they didn't. They really endeared themselves to me when they did that. They are very honest and good.

The techs arrived and handled the problem. They had the equipment as well as the expertise to deal with the water extraction and carpet cleaning in a swift, professional manner. Two different crews returned to my home on two occasions. All of the techs were very knowledgeable and possessed the same professional and personable manner. It is my understanding that this company has sister companies that offer other home services. I will use them AGAIN!!!
