Description of Work: They came out and fixed a pretty complicated leak on my 2-story house that had been leaking since construction. They determined it was caused by incomplete flashing and were able to repair it. We've experienced an extreme amount of rain since then and haven't had a leak so we are VERY pleased with them and would highly recommend them.

After he came to my home to look at the job, he said he was not the right person for my job but put me in Contact for someone he recommended. I was pleased with his professionalism and straightforwardness.

Description of Work: They arrived on time, Even bending over backwards to squeeze me into their schedule, before their normal working hours. Again they went above and beyond to fit my needed repairs in before the next rain came. Work was completed very quickly, and I have no problems in the area they worked on. Description of Work: Strong Roofing was able to identify the source of a leak that our previous roofer was unable to locate after two different tries/patch jobs. They were prompt and responsive.

Description of Work: They took off the old shingles from our 3 story (2 story and enclosed attic) as well from the 3 car garage that had been poorly done by post Katrina workers. Our roof had began to leak first around one chimney because they stapled through the copper flashing (which led to termite infestation and ~$ 60,000 damage. And this year the roofs began to leak around the dormers on the home. Bert and his crew showed me where the previous contractor had stapled through the flashing around the dormers (six on the home and three on the garage) He showed me how they repaired the damage and how the ice and water sheets and shingles fixed all of the problems. It was almost unbelievable how fast his crew was, they were as agile as mountain goats. They had to climb a 24 foot ladder and carry all of the material on their shoulders. Bert said it was about 12,000 pounds for both roofs I believe. It took only one day to roof the house and one day for the garage. Both are beautiful. All of the workers were quiet, pleasant, and happy on the job for both long days. Bert first replied to my inquiry within 15 minutes, made an appointment to see us at our home and spent over two hours explaining the problems we had and every detail |of how he was going to fix the problems and roof our home. He came by at least 3-4 times during the roofing, and was always available if needed. A very pleasant experience with a great outcome overcoming a bad job by a poor contractor. Description of Work: They replaced a complicated roof, much of which is high pitched. The crew was very professional, worked efficiently and endured awesome heat and humidity. They clean up was exactly that - they really cleaned up the site. I could not be more pleased

Description of Work: Burt Goltz from Strong Roofing (Strong Home Services) at http://strongroofs.com/ provided the estimate and performed the work replacing the whole house roof. Burt's estimate was $2,500 less than other roofers in the area, but the work was performed quickly, was very well done, and he was able to provide additional work to replace the under-eve boards that were missing or rotted.
