For the past 25 years, Starvision Satellite Technology, Inc. has been the leading satellite service provider in the Gulf Coast Region. When we opened for business in 1984, satellite reception required extremely large apertures of 10 feet or more. As the technology has evolved, we have striven to remain on the forefront of the industry. Over the past twenty-five years we have installed over 20,000 satellite systems in both the residential and commercial markets. After our region was devastated by Hurricane Katrina and the local cable companies could not meet the needs and demands of the businesses and residents, Starvision was leading the way in getting television services back into the hurricane affected areas. Our client base ranges from the U.S. Government to individual residential customers. While our residential department focuses primarily on the Gulf Coast Region, our commercial department covers a more vast area, comprising most of the Southeastern portion of the United States. We have additionally performed installations for commercial customers in the Northeast and Western states.
