Ronnie G's Antique & Furniture

The owner agreed to repair a severely bent brass shade frame from an antique lamp. He was unable to do the work to an acceptable degree. The previously agreed upon price was $75 for the job. When my wife picked up the item she was very disappointed with the job, but gave him the agreed upon price. The owner, Ronnie, later called our home and explained that he knew she was not pleased with his work, and that he really was not a and quot;metaland quot; work specialist. He offered to refund the money and said it was his policy not to accept payment for work which was not satisfactory to the customer. I thanked him and told him we would accept his offer. We received the money in the mail three days later. We did see some of his work restoring antique wood furniture when we visited his shop, and it was excellent craftsmanship. It was refreshing to find a businessman with integrity.

I think the price was adequate for that services. I absolutely plan on using them again in the future.
