This company took down my plywood eaves and reinstalled them leaving big gouges in the wood where they pried the wood from the eave. They also dislodged the facia boards leaving the seams open to rain and rot. When they painted they got paint on the facia bricks in many places. When replacing the twirlybirds on the roof they left nails and cut shingles on the roof. After installing a new door it would not open without having to put a shoulder to it. After complaining and showing this to the company owner Rich he suggested cutting the bottom door sweep. This left a large gap you could see through. I had to get another contractor to install another door. While doing the attic work his workers smashed and tore up the a/c ductwork and the r30 rollout insulation also knocking the vent line for the gas water heater completely off. All this I had to discover myself. They had to pay my own a/c company to totally replace the ductwork at a cost of thousands of dollars. The insulation had to be replaced and in doing this his people left insulation wrapped around the water heater causing a future fire. The spray foam used in this project blocked the ventilation from the eaves causing my attic fan louvers to not work.
