Good on time service. The men were excellent. They put down protective rugs on our floors when moving the furniture into our home. The men were very good with handling the furniture. I would use them again.

They did an excellent job. Their fee included packing and moving.

All personnel starting with Mr. McDonald (appraisal), office coordinators, packing and loading crew, through Rusty C.the driver - were professional, courteous and efficient. Exceeded expectations on both service and price. Highly recommend!

Fayard was a wonderful company to deal with. From Vic to Vanessa to the driver and his crew I could not have asked for better. Very professional and courteous. I had heard horror stories of other companys but Fayards left me with nothing but positives. I would highly recommend this company to move anyone.

Having used other moving services, from basic 'moving help' to full service movers, our experiences have run the gamut. Our last move we used John Fayard Movers and we were so pleased with the service from start to end. We contacted them for an estimate and they promptly sent out a rep (across state lines!). He was very professional and quickly returned an estimate of costs. There were several options ranging from them doing all packing and providing boxes, etc. to them just loading up stuff and going. So we packed some items but left the large important items for them to pack in custom boxes, which they did for a reasonable cost and it was a good choice. They picked up our items from a third floor walk up in a 'tight' neighborhood with limited on street parking with no problems! A date was provided for delivery to the new location. We were concerned based on past experiences so we contacted them and were assured delivery would be on time. We met them at the new location and they were right on time. We received items with no problems noted. We can honestly say this was a great experience from start to finish. Each person was very professional and all dates, times, estimates were right on target. We were pleasantly surprised to received a final cost in line with the estimate without extra added costs that are often added at the last minute when you have no choice but pay them. John Fayard is the way to go.

The crew was great. I've moved five times since 01' and this was the best experience I've had by far.
