+ 0 moreHome Depot Inc. was great. What made me decide to go with them was shutters that the used and the people who provided the shutters. It was excellent. Their quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were excellent.
Description of Work: I have used Home Depot Inc. for insulation and they picked the custom Bahama shutters and installed them inside.

+ -1 moreThey're okay, Home Depot themselves were very helpful but the contractors they used wasn't that great. First door they sent us had paint damage to it, it's like $200 paint job that we paid for, it was from the factory and it was Home Depot's fault. They sent in a new door and everything and that was okay, but the problem is it took the project about a month and a half or 2 months.
Description of Work: I used Home Depot Inc. I go there weekly but for the door, it was about 2 months ago. The whole project was like $1900.

Description of Work: We ordered the windows through Home Depot. Requested a color that would match the existing trim. The store deployed their team to the house. Identified all the windows that needed to be replaced. We had already payed the $3000 fees and were anxiously awaiting our windows. Windows were delivered in the wrong color. We did not accept delivery as it was not the color we had agreed upon at the store. We then proceeded to go to the store and request our refund. This was just not the purchase that we had closed deal on. We were told that we would not be refunded as that was not considered Home Depot's mistake. We then had to take up the matter with the stores customer care service. Eventually we were explained that our window color had been discontinued and that this was the closest match. Basically we were told someone should've been able to explain this to us! This process took a month and three weeks, since we did not see full reimbursement until three weeks past the incident. I would discourage using the Gulfport Home Depot. .

+ 0 moreThe insulation was suppose to be 3 feet thick, and they were a little short in order for me to get the tax credit. I called them back, and they filled it all in, even more than I expected. The windows are very high quality and are resistant to breaking. I had one instance two years after the install when a stone that was kicked up from a lawn mower and put a small hole in the window. I called them, and they were out right away to replace the window at no cost to me. I am very pleased with the durability of the windows and quality of the windows. I was happy with the jobs; even if it was on the expensive side, I feel that I got my money's worth.
Description of Work: Nick Little was the sales consultant who helped me when I said I wanted to have new insullation in my attic and have 15 high quality windows installed. The living room window is about 5x10 or 15, so it is quite large.
