Description of Work: careful of this company, they are extremely unprofessional! called and was wanting to set up an appointment for them to move my furniture from point A to B, they have you on hold for a very long time and afterward someone finally pick up then talk to the consumer as if they don't really wanna be at work answering a phone with you which is so unprofessional, please think twice about hiring this company because surely im not the only customer that they've spoken to in an unprofessional manner, needless to say i hired another company "All my Son moving company" these people are completely professional and does a super great job moving your furnitue, to be honest they did me a favor because i would be hated to see to outcome of that move being that their customer service team suck.

Description of Work: The young men that were sent to execute the move were verbally polite but did not listen to feedback, lied to the telephone contacts who were in charge of the company and were destructive with the furnishings as they packed and moved them. They used oversized boxes to pack heavy, breakables instead of smaller boxes to keep the loads lighter and cause less damage. When these details were pointed out to help with the move they ignored requests to make adjustments and we are now unpacking and finding broken items throughout. The move was to bring my 92 year old Aunt's belongings to Texas; so it was something we needed to do fast and had to rely on others for help and could not sit with the movers. It is unfortunate that we trusted Handy Dandy.

Description of Work: Movers were great. Moved all we needed, disassembled and reassembled with no problems. Highly recommend them to help move, whether it's from the third floor of an apartment to the first floor, like it was for us. Or a long distance hall. Thank you Skylar and Alex for helping us move. Truly professional movers.

Description of Work: Moved our stuff from Biloxi to Gulfport. The loading was getting to the new house went great. Very fast. But ones we got there it took so long to get the things inside the house. They took the bedroom set apart but did not put it back together when we got to the new house. Besides that the guys were very nice friendly and hard working.

Description of Work: These guys were good and provide excellent service. Company did everything they promised! These 2 guys had a pleasant attitude and work very hard to please me. Their inspection and proper listing of items was noticeably taken and important to me. I will definetly recomend this company to others!
