 + -1 moreCame unprepared with only 2 blankets. Caused $800 in furniture damage. They never sent anyone to see. Visa ruled in my favor. They sued me and won because the contract says if they do not provide all packing materials they are not responsible for anything. I want others to be aware of the tricky contract. They were careless because I provided my own boxes & bubble wrap.
