 + -1 moreI called Dunaway on a Wednesday for a replacement for our French door glass at our vacation home in Jourdan River Shores. I needed them to come the following day as I took off a day of work to deal with other issues at the house that Thursday. They sent a technician early the following morning on his way into work. He measured the glass and the office called me later in the day with a price quote. The technician returned and installed the glass on his way home that evening. The matter was handled professionally and expeditiously. I would recommend Dunaway to anyone needing glass service on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

 + -1 moreWhen a business schedules an appointment with someone, they should always assume that the person is missing work to make the appointment. With that in mind, they should ALWAYS be on time, or at the least communicate with the customer regarding their tardiness.
Description of Work: They were supposed to come out at 9:00 a.m. to provide and estimate on repairing a shower door. At 9:05, I called them and they said that they were still 30 minutes away. I cancelled the appointment and went to work. frustrated.
