Description of Work: I had just bought the house and discovered that I had water in the yard from the septic tank. So they came out, investigated, and long story short, my septic tank pump's breaker had merely tripped and needed resetting. I sure felt like a chump but the guy (apologies for not remembering his name) that came out to help showed me all about my septic tank and sump pump and where they were and was generally very helpful. I am glad they came out because of how much I learned. The home inspection guy had told me that particular breaker wasn't connected to anything so I had no idea about me even having a sump pump (assumed it was a gravity-fed leach field.) Definitely happy that it wasn't anything major! Would absolutely use them and/or recommend them in the future.

Description of Work: Professionally cleaned and sanitized my commercial sized ice machine. Disassembled cleaned and sanitized the entire mechanical operations of the machine. Conducted operational testing and inspection before leaving. I will certainly use them again.

Description of Work: I contacted Danny Miller Plumbing, Inc. on January 15, 2013 because I wanted to have my septic tank drained and a septic tank drain access installed. The lady I talked with was very nice and after I explained to her what work I wanted done she told me that Mr. Miller would call me and discuss all the details. That very afternoon Mr. Miller called and explained very clearly what they could do for me and when they would do it. Two workers from Danny Miller Plumbing arrived at my home before 8 am on January 17, 2013. They had called 30 minutes before to let me know they were on their way. Chris was the back hoe operator and plumber who installed my septic tank drain access. Eddie was the driver of the tank truck and he drained the septic tank and assisted Chris. These two men were extremely cordial and very professional in performing their work. I was so caught up watching the excellent manner in which Chris operated the back hoe that he could have charged me for entertainment. After completion of the work they cleaned up all around the area. I could not be more pleased with the service provided and with Chris and Eddie. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!!!!!!!!

 + 0 moreThe folks at Danny Miller were professional and polite and responded quickly to our problem. They seemed concerned to do quality work with quality parts, but the charges were less than we expected. They were also very patient with the questions our home warranty company asked in order for us to be reimbursed. I would definitely call them again if we need plumbing or septic work done!
Description of Work: Danny Miller Plumbing pumped out our septic tank and assessed that the septic tank pump was not working. They ordered a new pump and repaired the pipes that were not correctly installed originally. Everything is working fine now!

Description of Work: Do give these guys a call. They are prompt, polite and go to work. they don't mess around and the work is completed in the least amount of time possible. They are a little higher than some other plumbers, but you don't have to wait a long time for them to arrive. I will use them in a heartbeat!! They are tried and true. Good Guys1

Person who answered the phone was very helpful, two workers who came were on time, very professional. I had thought they were here in Wiggins, and turns out they came from the Coast, but was completely satisfied with their work.
Description of Work: Replaced a defective bathtub spout (button which engages shower was extremely hard to use, and eventually just quit).

 + 0 moreOur tub stopped draining as I was getting ready go to work on Monday morning. I checked the toilet and it was also draining slowly. When I removed the cap on the cleanout behind the house I confirmed that the drain was not running to the septic tank. I checked the tank and it wasn't close to full. Conclusion: blocked drain line. Called Danny Miller Plumbing around 11:00 AM. They seemed to be nice folks - professional, courteous, and good communicators. They gave me a per/hour labor cost up front, but could not predict materials needed or total time without looking at the job site. Their office staff kept in touch and got a crew out the next morning. They identified the problem by using a closed circuit TV camera inserted in the drain. It seems that the original installer ran the drain to, but not into the tank. This left a butt joint sealed with concrete. Over time it slipped out of alignment. This blocked the end of the drain. Danny Miller's crew foreman gave us an estimate. We agreed and they dug the area up, installed a new section of pipe that went all the way into the tank, sealed the joint and covered it up. They were done and out by 2:00 PM. The cost was exactly as estimated. Considering the time, material and equipment involved, the cost seemed reasonable. We've used them before and have had good results.
Description of Work: Inspected main drain from house to septic tank with closed circuit TV. Located source of blockage . Excavated ~ 15 sqaure foot area. Replaced faulty drain to septic tank connection with proper connection. Filled in excavation. Cleaned up work site.
