+ -1 morePaul was very accommodating in scheduling and communication through Angie's List messages was excellent. I couldn't call as I am unable to communicate clearly by phone due to surgery. I'm a disabled veteran with significant limitations so could not do this work myself. A crew of two arrived on time and were very courteous and explained the process clearly. They went right to work and completed the job in about 40 minutes including going into the attic to remove the flexible bend so they could do the run to the outside of the house then reattached the flex.. When they finished they cleaned up and cleaned and reattached the outside vent. My dryer work great now! Note that they had specialized equipment for duct cleaning that allowed them to make quick work of the job. I was impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and the quality of the work. I will definitely use C J Services again in the future.

+ -1 moreI can not say nice enough things about Paul and everyone at CJ Services, they are GREAT!!! Not very often that you come across a company that looks out for the customer. Paul spent a lot of time talking to us about our HVAC needs for the house and made suggestions on how we should proceed. He did not ask for payment until the job was finished, which is amazing, considering they were here 3 separate times in a week. Although it is clear that the whole system needs to be replaced (3 zones) Paul was in no hurry to sell us the system now. He got us up and running and strongly suggested we wait until all the construction is done before we install the new system. No pressure to do it now, just good advice. He will be sending us a quote for the new system, and at this point we have every intention of using them. FANTASTIC SERVICE !!!! GREAT PEOPLE!!!Thanks again for all your hard work!
Description of Work: Recently purchased a home that had been vacant for almost two years and we couldn't get the AC working. We called and explained what we thought was going on. Paul said he would come out the next morning. He arrived when he said he would and took the time to look at the whole system. The house is 17 years old and the system is original. One of the 3 outside units was missing and he gave us a suggestion regarding that issue. He was able to get one unit up and running (and cooling). After working on the second unit he told us he would have to come back tomorrow with another tech to find where the short was in that system. I was just happy to have AC working in the bedroom, so that was fine. The next morning two techs were out to find the problem with the second unit and check the unit that was working. It took a bit of time to find the problem but the found it and said they were going to have to order a part. Unfortunately, the system is too old and the no longer make what we needed. After speaking with Paul and explaining the situation to me, he suggested he come out to see if they could bypass that portion and get it working. Told me it was the heating side of the system, so I wouldn't have heat. That was fine with us, won't need heat for about 9 months, just get the house cool. A tech showed up early wednesday morning and started right to work. By the time Paul arrived he had the system working!
