+ -1 moreThe job walk went fine. Mr. Jackson was very professional during the walk and afterward said he would send an estimate to us via email the following day. We did not get an estimate and did not hear from him again. My assumption is B&K is very busy. If I have future work I may consider asking them for an estimate.

They not only followed up and looked over things a second time to make sure everything that had to be touched was done too. My overall experience with them has been excellent.
