"Kory Melton called me in late October 2023 after learning from Angi that I was looking for a handyman to paint my newly built storage building. He came to my house the next day to look at my project and we agreed on a price of $400.00. Kory came back out in early November. 2023 and painted the exterior of my storage building but did not paint the door because he needed to fix it with some plywood he said he had at home. He worked that day about 4 hours then we sat on my front steps and talked about his family and his upcoming hunting trip. He said he would be gone for a couple of weeks and when he got back, he would bring the materials and fix the door and paint it. It was at that point that I paid him the $400.00 in cash, our agreed amount, and he told me that the payment included his fixing and finishing the job. I waited a month and I did not hear from him so I called and sent him several texts to find out when he was coming to finish my job. "This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need.
