+ -1 moreThey were scheduled to come out, but we received a call stating that something came up and that they would need to come out the next day. Not a huge deal. They came out and spoke with my husband about everything that we wanted and needed done. He seemed concerned about the unknowns of the job and said that he would need to check with his dad and that they might need to come out and take another look at it A week later, we still had not heard from them. My husband reached out and we were told that they thought that they thought it would be too big of a job for them. Appreciate the truthfulness, but don't appreciate it taking a week and us going to them to request the response.
Description of Work: We needed an estimate on a pool renovation/repair.
