Description of Work: Home electronics that came with new house; selected by real estate developer we think, they never installed door bell, security cameras, alarm system , never once showed up when requested or agreed, nothing works today through their efforts. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Rude to my wife, arrogant and untruthful. They finally advised us that they would not longer agree to work on the system and would not return the board they were trying to repair. They will not return our call to give use the name of the system in order that we can have it repaired by a reputable company. I really feel the developer, who was contacted many times and CTS have let us down. Jim Brashier
