Bob the Plumber

Bob was Awesome. On time for a 8 AM appointment. Very Professional. Had the parts and tools already with him in the van enabling him to complete the project right away. Top notch customer service skills and does Great Work!!! Bob will be the only plumber I will call in future with any plumbing issues.

It was a little bit pricey, but did an excellent job.

Bob was very professional and did everything we asked of him. He had to remove the old sink and facet before the new sink and etc was installed. The same with the new toilet. He removed all the old items and cleaned whatever mess was left. We will definitely use his services whenever we have any type of plumbing problem.

I called Bob on Monday to schedule service on Wednesday afternoon. Friend! No problem. I could not give him an exact time as I was at the mercy of granite installers. Bob said no problem we will fit it in. Wednesday came and granite installer informed me that the glue on the sink needed to dry at least 24 hours. I called Bob to let him know NO PROBLlEM!!! Rescheduled for the next afternoon. Bob came when he said he would. Called me and told me he was on his way. So friendly. I was put at ease from the very first conversation. Bob came looked over the sink and faucet gave me a price and I was floored. So reasonable! Bob got right to work. My sink and faucet are fabulous! Bob worked quickly and efficiently. Bob clean everything right up. I was just so impressed that I had NO STRESS!!! I have done countertops and reinstalling the faucet/ sink and it was hard to coordinate everything so you are not living without a kitchen sink for a chunk of time. Bob made this time go so effortlessly.

I called early, and he came right out to make the repair. He was very pleasant to talk to, and he worked quickly with noticeable proficiency. I will call him again if I need plumbing repairs.

I noticed the leak on a weekend. Bob was up front about the service call cost and came out promptly to repair a leaking hose to my hot water heater. I was afraid I'g get charged an arm and a leg for a weekend repair, but the cost was very reasonable. Bob was very honest, and the parts and labor couldn't have been any cheaper. He even made an additional repair to a valve for no extra cost. Highly recommend. Tell him Angie's List sent you.

Sink broken, called bob and he was there within the hour. Soon after replacement parts were ordered and sink was repaired the next week. Dental strap was replaced the same day.
