Great job!

He was just lovely. He came back for free because I had a couple of problems. He knew what he was doing and he was extremely professional. He was really a good plumber which I do not hear every day. He was really amazing.

I called and told them what I needed done, they told me when they would be there. They showed up when they said they would and fixed the pipe under the house.

I had them fix a leaky faucet, and perform a few other minor jobs. They did a good job for a reasonable price. I will certainly use them again.

Wonderful!! this is the third plumber I have had and the first HONEST one!

At almost exactly at 2 p.m. on Friday, 1/18/13, A.L.L. Plumbing came to our house. They fixed the problem in less than an hour. We were very happy with there work.

We live in an older house and this required running a line thru the attic into the wall and thru several kitchen cabinets. They did an excellent job and we have not had any problems.

I called, lett a message. They got back with me pretty quickly and set up an appointment. Arrived, reviewed and then made some repairs immediately and agreed to return the next day with needed parts for the remainder.

He said he would be able to come out the same day as I called him, which I thought was great. He gave an approximate time of arrival, then about two hours before the appointment time to see if he could come early, which was a very pleasant surprise. He arrived, quickly diagnosed the problems, went to pick up new faucets, returned and completed all the work promptly. He made it all look so easy. He was very professional, and very pleasant. I will call him again if I should ever need plumbing repair.

Excellent, he worked 3 1/2 hours straight in 90 degree weather.

Jere arrived a few minutes early which was just fine. He was there maybe an hour and a half. He only charged me $120 for the whole thing and I was very happy with that. He was very pleasant, friendly, and courteous. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend his services. If my washer starts backing up again I'll call him to fix it without any hesitation.

It went extremely well. Rusty is a hard worker and focuses on doing a good job. I had that leaky facuet for a ong time but Rusty came and fixed my problem.

Mr. Shuster came after 6:00 pm as his dog was very ill and he had spent much of the day at the Vet's office. He knew what he was doing, was very professional and I was very pleased with my sink and new faucets. I will add him to my list of 'trusted professionals'.

When I called, the phone was answered with a hello, rather than the company name. I made the appointment and he told me that he had a job out my direction and would come here afterward, so I didn't have an exact time for the appointment (although he did not take long for the other job). The builder installed the sink and apparently did not put in a washer that was needed. The plumber actually drove to Home Depot to get the washers and came back to install them and finish the jobs. The whole thing took several hours and I felt that what he charged was very reasonable for the time to complete the jobs.

He was prompt, professional and honest.

Response was quick. Worked for 2 hours until 8:00 PM with auger to clear drain. No overtime charges. Returned the next morning to clean main drain with water jet. Excellent job. A better experience than what I'm used to. Personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. The cost was very reasonable (A+). I would recommend A.L.L to all my friends.

I think it went very well. Both Jere and his associate seem very motivated and do their jobs very well. I am very pleased with the work that was done and their overall attitude, professionalism, and knowledge of what they do.

was here within 15 minutes of calling him with a leak on our jacuzzi. He found the leak but it was where he could not reach it due to ceramic tile. He was a very nice and honest man and told us of a guy that could fix our problem that had experience with cutting out tile, fixing the leak then replacing the tile. We will call him again if we have any other plumbing issues.

Jere came the day he stated he would. He did all work that needed to be done. He promptly followed up on the continued leak of the kitchen sink. He determined the faucet will need to be replaced in order to correct the problem. He will follow up on that today 11/16/09. I felt very comfortable with him here and he got the job done so far on two of the projects. I was very please with his prices. I was very pleased with the two projects that have been completed. I will use him again if needed.

We had a problem with a leaking faucet in the tub. I found Mr. Shuster on Angie's List. At that time he had one report listed, but it was very positive. I called him in early August 2009 and he was there that same day. We needed to replace the hot and cold faucets and the valve that switches between the tub and the shower. The total bill came to a very reasonable $95.00. I had been meaning to write a review-all positive-but forgot to leave the report. A couple of days ago I noticed a very minor drip. I called Mr. Shuster back and he offered to come over the next day. He just left after making some minor adjustments. No charge for the visit. Considering it's a rainy Sunday morning that is great customer service all around!!

Excellent. Repair people were courteous, efficient, professional and did not waste any time. I called them on a Sat morning and by Sat afternoon the job was finished, despite the fact they were working on another job when I first called them.

He was knowledgeable, professional, worked quickly but was also thorough... after he installed our shower fixtures from the front side, he had us empty a closet to uncover an access panel to the back side of the shower, to make sure there were no leaks. My husband and I both work on week days, so Jere came on a Saturday, which was great for us. We plan to have a yard meter installed to water the lawn, and will definitely be calling him back to do the job.
