My call was answered quickly and the repairman showed up on time. He even gave me a call to let me know when he would be arriving. He got right to work, showed me the problem, and then gave me options for repairing it. He got the problem fixed and was on his way quickly. I will call Precision if I have any more problems.

Kris was an excellent repairman. He answered all of the questions that I asked....and I asked a few....He was quick, professional, and acted like he enjoyed his job. He even stated how much he enjoyed working for Precision and the customers he supplies with quality service. I recommend Precision and if you need a technicians name then ask for Kris. Fast and friendly service. All options for the repair were explained, there was no pressure. I highly recommend them.
