Every person involved was nothing but top-rate professional. I met the CEO himself, Ed Trim, who was so down to earth and really made me feel confortable in making a quality investment in a security system. The installers were very top-rate, professional, and knowledgable. A great recommendation from me.

We contacted several professionals who handled arming and monitoring alarm systems. This company had the best price. We invited them to come out and explain things. They did that. Our impression was good and we committed to their service for 3 months. No contract is required.

It would be difficult to rate Pennington and Trim as a whole, but I can rate the service I have received. First, the system as whole is a work of art. I appreciate that I have a significant and complicated system, and as such problems would be aniticipated. While indeed I have had one or two false alarms in two years, that in and of itself is remarkable. When I do have an alarm, I am called immediately, and the police are dispatched within minutes. When I have a question or concern, Josh Trim personally comes out and takes care of it, regardless of the day or time. This includes evenings, nights and weekends. When I have the system upgraded or changed, Josh Trimm and Tytus come out, and the process is perfect. I am also aware that both Josh and Tytus give this same level of service to all of their customers. I have used other alarm companies and have a solid foundation for comparison. I can say without reservation that I am very happy with Pennington and Trim, and that the service I get from Josh is exemplary.

I was not one hundred percent sure that I was going to choose Pennington and Trim, but, after speaking with Mr. Trim when he came to give me a quote, I knew I couldn't not go with them! He was so knowledgeable and so thorough in his answers that he blew the other company I was debating on out of the water. I made him late to his next appointment because I asked him so many questions, but he did not complain, try to give me the short answers, or try to push me to hurry up and make a decision to sign on with Pennington and Trim. The technicians that came to install the system were on-time, and they made sure they put everything exactly were it was supposed to be. They cleaned up after themselves each time they had to make a new hole. One gentlemen even made an extra effort to be sure the stickers on the windows were as straight as they could be just for me. I could not be more pleased.
