+ -1 moreMade an appointment. He came and looked over damage and gave me an estimate. Set up time to do the job. The roofers arrived on time and completed job within a couple of days. Did a good job. They even took care of all paper work with my insurance company.

+ -1 moreMy Insurance Adjustor cut me a check on the spot. I called Mr. Irby that Sunday evening, and he came back to my house the next afternoon (Monday), to write out an estimate, and provided us with samples of shingles to choose from. We had rainy weather for days, and the rain finally quit Tuesday morning. Mr. Irby and his crew showed up Thursday morning at 9:00am. They worked until 7:20pm. Friday morning they returned at 8:30am, and were completely finished by 1:00pm. Mr. Irby, my wife and myself did the final inspection, and I paid Mr. Irby. The work and craftmanship (quality) was excellent.
Description of Work: My roof was 18 years old. I knew the the shingles had wind lift. Mr. Irby confirmed my observations by inspectiong the entire roof. I called my Insurance Company the very next day. When the Insurance Adjustor arrived, he spent 4 hours on the roof, and agreed with me, and Mr. Irby. The roof needed to be replaced.
