Description of Work: John Elliot & Associates was responsible for the construction of our home (Oct 2006 to Dec 2007) and a later addition/remodel to the home that was complete in April 2010. John was the general contractor and managed all aspects of both projects from initial cost estimates/budgets, ordering materials, supervising construction crews, and monthly project cost updates. He demonstrated a true concern for the success of the two projects and was highly visible on site during all phases of each project. At the conclusion of the projects he provided a complete recap of the costs and a guarantee/warranty of the work performed. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home construction from the design phase through construction. His integrity and reliability were above reproach.

 + -1 moreHis craftsmanship and work is top notch. I can only brag about him he is so good. He is a fine Christian builders and person. He is trustworthy. He subs out the work but the contractors he hires are also trustworthy. I never had a problem. I would recommend him to anyone.
