They weren't very good. They sub-contract all their work out. Ultimately, it got installed okay. But it was poor communication. The scheduling was off from what I was promised. They were supposed to do things like cover certain things up like doorways and cabinetry and they didn't do any of that. I did it myself. But I was promised. You have a sub zero refrigerator which has a venting system. You're supposed to put some type of a filter over it. They were supposed to provide all that and they did not. The owner never showed up. He was the one who gave us the estimate. That was about all he did. He was the one I contacted to tell I was not happy with fact that they did not meet their scheduled install date and that they did not provide the proper tools for the work to be done, like the covering up like the draperies or dust covers or whatever it's called. They just apologized. If they promise you something, they should deliver it. They could improve on their communication skills with the customer.

Staff was very knowledgable and helpful in selecting flooring. A clear, line item quotation was prepared with all questions and concerns answered. Joe was also flexible on minor changes after job was started. Crew was very courteous and professional. Stuck to schedule and did a fine job.

Everything went smoothly and professionally. The job was done on time and all supplies were on hand. We scheduled a date and they met it! Cleanup was done quickly and on time. Could not have asked for a better experience!

My experience was not so great. They installed the floors and when they left they didn’t clean them. There was adhesive glue all over the boards. Who installs floors and does not clean them before they leave? They told me to use a mop to clean off the glue. I hired a cleaning crew to come and clean the floors for $300, they were unable to remove the glue from the floor. The owner of Flowood said he did not see any glue and told me to continue to use a mop to get off the glue. I than had to hire another company for $500 to come and buff the floors to get the glue off. It took them all afternoon because the glue had set it. I was upset because Flowood did not take any responsibility for cleaning the floors after installation. It was a really bad experience.
