+ -1 moreThe establishment is spotless and professional-looking. Kenneth Smith was friendly and kind. He joked around with me. He is obvious skilled because I had really pushed a lot of buttons. I expected to pay: (he quoted prices beginning for major problems at $50 or $75 as the maximum) Still a bargain!! I suggest that you take your computer there; don't ask a relative or friend to fix the lap top. If you're like me, they will end up making a bigger mess. Free, people FREE! Just ask for a quote--you might have to cleave it overnight if they're busy, but it's worth it.
Description of Work: He welcomed me with a bright, sincere smile. (I'm 68; that's got to be hard to see me toting a lap top) He fixed my lap top with a few strokes on the computer.
