I got up Sunday Morning and my Pool was not circulating. It was 100 degrees in the shade. I e mailed Randy at Aquatic Pools and Spa and asked if he could send someone out Monday morning so that I could protect my pool. Earlly Monday morning I had a e mail from Randy telling me he would have someone here first thing and he did. This Company has not disappointed. These guys are the best and do exactly what they say they will do. My family appreciates them.

My pool was 20 years old and had been losing water for about 10 years. Mike, Randy, Addison and Crew pressure tested all lines, stripped the old plaster down so there was no pockets beneath it, then replastered, jack hammered out the old leaking lines from skimmer to spa located underneath pool deck and replaced them. They do beautiful concrete work. Replaced jets in spa. They had a very difficult time finding the last leak but stayed after it by eliminating 1 thing at a time until they found the problem, which was a metal pool light used at the time my pool was originally built. They fixed that problem and I am one happy pool owner for the first time in years. This was a hard job for this provider because of the leaking problem but they stayed with it until the problem was solved.

have had this pool for allmost 20 years and have had various pool suppliers over the years and so far tthey (Randy and Addison) have been the absolute best I have had. The circulation noise on my system was very loud but after problem was diagnoised and then corrected by these guys it iruns quite and circulates like a circulation system should. I have had at least 20 different people from at least 3 different compnaies and this is the first time the problem has been corrected. I intend to use this company to replaster my pool and find the slow leak I have had in my pool for 15 years.

We are presently trying to sell our home by owner and the pool pump went out. The pool company that we have been using over 4 -5 years kept putting off replacing our pump saying they were and quot;backed up due to rainand quot; and and quot;other customersand quot;, etc. etc. I looked back on our payment history of this company and on monthly cleaning service alone (salt water pool, supplies, monthly ) for this company since Feb. 2012, we had spent over 3000! I will not name this company due to restraint; however...I will never use them again. Blue Haven Pools came out within 2-3 days after I called and explained the problem. I took a picture with my I-phone and they were able to determine the kind of pump I was using and were able to get a replacement. The headache was soon to be over. The Pool Tech was professional and while there I asked if he could change one of the pool lights that had been out for months. It wasn't an easy task- he ended up having to rewire the light which he was able to do within a reasonable length of time. I was happy to pay the extra to have that problem solved while he was there! Needless to say- we were very pleased. Within a few hours the pool pump and polaris began cleaning again and the pool cleared up. The house will obviously show better with the pool functioning. Stagnant pools aren't very pretty. We enjoyed sitting outside last night with a very clean pool . If we do another pool, and we most likely will- I will not hesitate to call Blue Haven Pool. Live and learn!

Estimate only for pool reconstruction. Not sure they addressed all concerns with my pool.

In addition to fixing our pool problem, they were able to recommend someone who will come by weekly to scoop the leaves out of the pool (for a reasonable fee.) We're looking forward to a hassel free leaf season!

Did not pursue implementing the project at this time. Pending economy improvement. Only acquired the proposal bid.

They didn't even park in our driveway. I thought we'd have a parking problem but they parked in the yard ,which was necessary. They used small bulldozers for the demolition and putting in the dirt.
