No so well. But again let me state Roberts Interior did not do the work however I did use their sub contractor tile/ floor man.
Description of Work: First let me say Roberts Interior did not do the work. I did however use a sub contractor of Roberts Interior. The sub contractor Shannon Cole AKA The Tile Man was not knowledgeable of laying tile. I ask him to please use spacers when laying my tile, He did not! Luckly he only laid 170 sq. ft. I really cost me a headache and a lot of money having the work he did removed and purchasing new tile. Please do your homework on this guy before using him. Or better still contact me.

The installers were pigs. If you see their company van, you will know what to expect--the space between the dashboard and windshield is filled with months' worth of take-out food wrappers. They left empty drink bottles and food containers all over the property and cigarette butts outside the front door (I don't think they smoked inside, thankfully). They tracked dark gray grout on the new laminate and on the off-white carpet in the bedrooms, and they did absolutely no cleaning up after themselves. There were plastic tile spacers, piles of dried grout, laminate shards, and carpet strands everywhere. Areas of the house that had been freshly cleaned before they were there now need complete recleaning, including the bathtubs, bathroom counters, windowsills, baseboards, garage, porch, and carpets. And of course, we have hours of cleaning the grout residue off the tile floors and countertops ahead of us. In addition to the messiness, the workers did not respect our property in general. They used items of ours that we were storing in the garage, such as a large piece of drywall. When they departed for the day, they left lights on and the door to the garage open with the central heat running. They were not careful in removing the plates around electric outlets; the wiring had been pulled loose on one and it was hot to the touch. And of course, the plates were not replaced. It's almost hard to judge the workmanship through the "pigmanship." Overall, it seems adequate. We had a concern about an uneven area in the laminate, and it was reluctantly repaired. The tiles along the counter edge by the stove are a bit uneven--one sticks out farther than the other. I hope prospective buyers won't notice or care. I don't have to live there, but I do have to get the place cleaned up!
Description of Work: Installed ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, ceramic tile countertop and backsplash in the kitchen, and laminate (wood) in the living room and hall. We had already moved out of the house and had this work done on our realtor's recommendation since we are trying to sell the house.
