They did not replace the anode rod with an aluminum rod as company reccommends. This procedure cost almost as much as the tank did originally. I contacted the manufacturer and following their instruction, flushed the tank again and reset the thermostat to 140 degrees. The tank has operated normallly since. I don't know why I trusted them again but I called them again to fix the blockage. They came out 3 times to fix the leak within 3 days before they finally fixed the problem. However during these 3 days the house was flooded twice and they did not guarntee their work and charged me twice for essentially the same

He was here for like 6 or 7 hours, my front yard was under water and it was freezing outside. He had to go get extra parts which he didn’t have on the truck and he never acted aggravated. He fixed everything and cleaned it up. I was very pleased. You know when you’re freaking out because you got this busted pipe and its freezing. My neighbor came over and knocked on my door and said that I just shut your main waterline off because your front yard’s flooding. I couldn’t shower, I couldn’t brush my teeth and I couldn’t do anything, it was freezing cold and this guy did a really good job. He did the job with a smile on his face so I couldn’t fault him for anything. I used him again but it was a pretty thing major, I had to get some parts replaced in my toilet seat. Our neighbor needed the plumber and I gave her the number too and when he got to the house she said I already fixed it. She also offered him some gas money and he disagreed to take that. I have already recommended him.
