In the past, I've had some people who didn't return my call for days, and others who came to make a quick repair estimate and then just didn't come back. He returned my call promptly and was also on time for the appointment. Three of the rooms in my home had lost power. Mr. Neely traced the problems, made some spot repairs, and had power restored quickly. Also, Mr. Neely didn't make repairs I didn't need. I was going to have a ceiling fan replaced after the storm. Mr. Neely took a quick look and made a spot repair on that as well! I couldn't believe it, he had everything up and running. He is fast, professional, and his fee was more than reasonable. This is the first time I've called Mr. Neely, but if I ever need any more repairs, it won't be the last.

I don't think I could have asked for better. From the first phone call, which Mr. Neely returned quite promptly, to the last fixture he was kind, patient, and professional. He showed up, not only on time, but a wee bit early and got right to work after a brief description of our symptoms. I don't think he actually had to turn us off for more than 15 minutes, which was especially nice as my elderly mother is diabetic and my daughter is asthmatic. He then stayed to fix things I didn't even know had been fried by the problems we had had and therefore hadn't told him about. I was very pleased with the price, he wasn't expensive compared to other people I had asked (service call prices of course since we didn't know what all had to be done). He was done in about an hour and we were all very happy and relieved to have our electricity functioning correctly. He was not all messy and grumbly the way some workmen/service people can be and he didn't leave a mess, maybe a few bits if wiring easily missed on a black rug, but that's it. I just cannot find anything to fuss about and we'll darn sure call him again when we need something else done.

We had an electrical breakdown thanks to squirrels and lightning. Wes came quickly, diagnosed the problems quickly, and finished as promised. He helped us find other repairmen who were also prompt and completely professional. He got us back in the house sooner than we expected.

Wes came out early as I had asked him too. He wasn't able to quote me a price not seeing the job. I failed to get a transformer since I didn't know about one. He was professional in his work and looked out for my furniture (antiques). Doorbell button needs to be replaced since the light is burnt out. I will do this myself.

The motor in the attic vent upon startup is very noisy with clanging sounds that it never had before. Neely will return to check this out. The outside plug is fine after replacing the box that was broken. The drawer is good also and closes completely after some wiring and track adjustment. Material cost was 95.60 with labor cost of 270.00. Total bill was 391.19. I felt the cost was on the high side. Wes Neely appears to be honest and straightforward. Waiting to see the outcome of the attic vent problem. I would use him again only with pricing given upfront. Returned to check out the attic vent noise & put in a new blade. I don't understand why the first time he said he bent the blades for better flow & then had to come back and put in new ones. The blade condition should have been inspected with new motor install and dealt with accordingly then. The second call cost $100.00. I am not pleased that the attic vent cost me 2 service calls.
