They were good. They did really well. He was very fair and he told me what the best thing to do and what the cheapest was. He also told the other problems I was going to have with that.

There was standing water in the pan underneath the hot water heater. He opened hot water heater door at base and found water & rust. He showed wear the is had been leaking and rusting. The flame had been drying it up. He was very knowledgeable about the new regulation laws. He put in a new one that was 18 inches from the ground. He put on straps that are screwed in to house, called earthquake straps. He knew his business. He also showed me how to maintain the water heat, and put in a shut off valve that was reachable for me and easy. He had to move the gas pipe, and reconfigure the inline of the hot water, installed 2 new pipes, and set up the vent. He is extremely good. It's very hard to find someone that you trust, and I would trust him 100%. He will do the job right and not gauge me on the price. If you ever need a good job done, call him.
