This company consists of 2 brothers. They were hired to clean and stretch carpets and re-do wood floors in a house I had for sale (it was empty). They did OK on the carpet cleaning, and a passable job on the stretching. They also did not do the wood floors. I went out to the house to check on the job before paying them. The carpet was OK. They were supposed to have already done the wood floors, but said they had to come back the next day. The next day, I was unable to get back out to the house, but they said they were done and needed to pick up the check. I gave them the check and the guy told me it came out good. I went by the house the next day and saw that they did not do the job at all. I tried to get my money back - the cell phone had been disconected. I tried again about a week later and got one of them. He said he would re-fund the part for the floor or go back out and do it. I asked for my money back and never got it. I reported them to the better business bureau where they already had a complaint. They did not respond to that complaint, nor mine. They have an F rating now. I was just watching a local TV station that primarily advertises homes for sale and saw they had an ad for thier services - it had a picture of them and they now call themselves Service Knights.
