+ -1 more40 year old toilet had floor & flange damage due to multiple attempts by other "plumbers" or prior home owner to fix leaking toilet which was due to damaged/poor quality main sewer line installation and tree root damage. Job was in 2 parts, first the repair of the toilet flange, floor and installation of new toilet. 2nd part was the replacement of houses original main and add-on sewer lines. Job was done as promised and original charges of approx $2500 reduced to $1700

Description of Work: We hadphase one of the electrical system in our 102 year old house replaced. The old configuration included an old knife swith breaker with 4 different fuse panels. The new configuration runs into a circuit breaker box
